Our Best Friends Probiotics...

How important is it, are not they friendly bacteria? Unfortunately, the importance has always been little mentioned. However, they are necessary for a healthy body. They are found in the natural intestinal flora, providing a microbial balance in our bodies. Come on, let's be friends now by getting to know them, seeing their effects step by step!


1. Great Impact on Immune System
You know more or less how healthy eating affects the immune system, the immune system. The foods we consume in our daily diet provide us a balanced life and help me to invest health in future ages. Let's say that we are already paying attention to our daily diet and we do not have any health problems. However, we do not consume probiotics to protect ourselves against external factors and to further strengthen our immunity. What is the effect of this on us? Immediately, after a certain period of time, our bodies are weak and need additional defense. That's where the probiotics come in. What is the mechanism of action? They provide a balance by controlling microorganisms which are harmful in the body. This also strengthens the immune system.

2. Impact on the Intestines
Unfortunately, bowel problems are  increasing day by day. One thing to note is that the most important factor in this is lack of probiotic. The most important thing I have learned in my own academic life is definitely probiotics in the intestinal flora. The medical world mentions that a person is actually two brains. If we lose our function in our bowel like our brains, then this is our death. Of the live bacteria in the bowels, of course, there are also non-friends. Our friendly bacteriums are fighting against them, creating a balance and becoming our victorious body.

3. Impact on Cavidity
Unfortunately, as you know, sleep is a major health problem. The problems in the digestive system depend on the reduced activity in the intestines. Of course, the effect of lack of fluid consumption is great, especially water. But probiotics are our best friends for constipation. By increasing the number of friendly bacteria in the bowels, it increases the mobility and thus the constipation problem is minimized.
Does probiotic supplements from outside work well? The most important ingredient should not be affected by gastric acid and bile salts. If they are affected, unfortunately they will die and will never have a positive effect on us. Let's say that it came to the intestine without being affected. Certain substances in the intestines have a negative effect on probiotics. Caffeine, alcohol, toxins, antibiotics (I'll write about it), birth control pills, stress, bad nutrition. It decreases the number of probiotics in these factors and causes us negative effect. The number of probiotic in the recipient is also important, and it should not be missed.

Finally, let's look at which foods contain probiotics except for supplements;
Fermented products such as kefir, yoghurt, pickle, bozer naturally contain probiotic. Because probiotics are necessary for these to turn into fermented food. The more fermented it is, the more probiotic bacteria it contains.

In summary, I tried to refer to probiotics. But do not forget these are very superficial information. Maybe later write down the mechanisms of action in detail!
